Android is starting optimising app 1 of 1... this lasts for about 9 minutes until the phone starts again (i just timed it). i've tried deleting recently installed apps to see if i can find the culprit, but no luck. in the past i've only seen this message after updating the software.. Here we come with some solutions to fix the issues with the oneplus device for oneplus 2/x devices. the most common issue we have been hearing/seen so far is that the phone is getting stuck in optimizing apps and rebooting itself. so, we made few trails to fix the optimizing app issue and has found few simple methods to resolve this issue.. In fact, on our own oneplus x, we have seen the phone get stuck in an “optimizing apps” loop. according to many reports, seemingly normal app installations also end up triggering this. oneplus’ oxygen os is built from stock android, but these issues seem restricted to its phones..
Myfitnesspal caused the same issue on my oneplus 2. fixed by uninstalling it. thanks. i also have truecaller installed and the phone is stuck at "android is starting, starting apps" and not getting started, and without starting the phone how can i uninstall truecaller : "android is starting...optimizing app 1 of 1. 20-05-2018 por ahmad. Your question can actually be interpreted a couple of ways: (1) your device is displaying “optimizing apps” on every boot; or (2) the “optimizing apps” notification is displaying after an update or a factory data reset. in any event, i'll try and answer this question under either scenario..
